I guide women through a complete mind and body makeover to achieve their health and fitness goals, whether that be to tighten up and loose a few pounds after a baby, be the strongest and fittest in your peer group, or even get up on stage and compete!

Here are a few of the women I’ve worked with and what they’ve accomplished…

My client was 18 months out from her second child when she decided to start my program.

She trained 2 days a week with me in person and followed a Paleo diet. She lost body fat and gained muscle and is able to keep up with her kids!

Lori came to me wanting to build her best physique before her 40th birthday.

This transformation was done in a little over 5 months with heavy lifting and macro coaching. She placed 5th at her first NCP national show!

When my client who is a hospice nurse came to me to me wanting to “tone-up”, I knew exactly what she meant and went to work. She did not want to focus on nutrition which I completely understood because of her busy schedule.

This transformation took 1 year. Although slow, she was able to eat how she wanted and still maintain.

This is one of my favorite clients. Not only because she’s super positive and a shinning star, she suffers from back pain but commitment to her health never let up.

She trains 3 days a week in studio and 2 days on her own at the gym. She went from Overhead Pressing 5lbs to 35lbs in one year!

I always look forward to training this mom of 4. Not only is she super strong but she never says no to the next challenge. Her commitment and optimism makes my job easy.

She lost almost 20lbs in the first few months of us working together.
